Learning in Godly Leadership 

Thoughts From the Pastor for this week, focusing on leaders, but also something for each of us to consider and bring to the Lord in prayer, when we recognize that there is famine taking place in our lives in some way. What is the famine that God is allowing in your organization or even in your own life caused by? Is it from something in your past that the Lord has decided it is time to deal with and bring restoration to? When we understand that we are social beings by God's design and that He holds us responsible for our past actions, both individually and in leadership, for the choices and actions of the organization and leaders in the past, it is wise for us to seek the Lord for clarity into areas that He feels need our attention and our action towards reconciliation.

Thoughts From The Pastor Adam Yadlowsky shares several thoughts on the importance for Christian leaders in North America and specifically Canada, in understanding the conservatives' shift towards anti-institutionalism and anti-establishment/organizational ish. These truths will shape or at least influence how we aim to reach the lost in our towns and cities and how we connect with Christians and lead our brothers and sisters in the Lord. These influences also must be realized in our own lives as we lead for God's greater glory as well.

Truth is needed to properly lead through the real issues and truth is needed to lead in a way the honours and glorifies God who is the author of all truth.
