Part 3 Scapegoating, Feedback, and Our Tendency Towards Problem-spotting and Switch-tracking

Okay, this is part 3, and I know it's long, but I feel it's vital that we take time to explore how scapegoating happens so quickly, even without us even realizing it. A part of how we communicate and give feedback to and deal with conflict often contributes to our scapegoating tendencies. We are looking at some of our natural tendencies and how they can easily contribute to us engaging in scapegoating.
