Submitting.... Makes your Marriage Better.

So often, we want our marriages to be better but seem only to be able to blame all that is going wrong on our spouse. We frequently claim we are submitting to Jesus Christ personally all well and fine, but our marriage is a mess because our source does this or doesn't do that. But the truth is we are not submitted to each other in our relationship, nor are we genuinely submitted to Jesus Christ out of our love for Him, walking in obedience to His commands. In the end, if we look at the situation truthfully, our marriage problems are caused by our selfish thinking, feelings and attitudes.

But there are things we can start doing to strengthen our marriages and cause them to overflow with the love, respect, and fulfillment in unity that we are all looking for in Jesus Christ.
